How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We store personally identifiable information in one or more forms as described in this privacy policy. You consent to that storage by using our sites, products, and services. Additionally, we use iCloud, Box, OneDrive, and similar services to back up our files. Paper files are periodically and routinely shredded or otherwise destroyed using either an individual office shredder or at a third-party facility like FedEx / Kinkos. We conducted massive paper purges between 2014 and 2019, taking more than 100 lbs. of remaining client files to FedEx / Kinkos for destruction. We are now mostly paperless.

We retain personal information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the product or services you have purchased or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will delete or shred this information at your request, as described in “Your Right to Control and Access Your Information” above.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
